A Real Cowboy Church

This is what Cowboy-up Ministry is all about: teaching horses and people. Skipper Calder uses horses each Sunday teaching “Love, Respect and Leadership” for animals, people and God. A place you can leave your hat on as you sit under the pole barn or under the huge oak trees that surround Cracker Trail Arena. With a donut and a glass of ice tea or a cup of coffee provided by the ministry, it just doesn’t get any better than that. Horses and God, blue skies and shade trees, a real “Cowboy Church”

Calder teaches about horses, relationships and the Bible in easy to understand terms, with a simple cowboy approach. Most of us are like horses that have been hurt in a horse trailer; they never want to get back in. They do not trust the trailer because it hurt them. Many people don’t trust churches because ….

Demonstrations and Horse/Rider Clinics

Skipper Calder will teach your horse then teach you how to maintain your horse. Calder’s preaching/teaching/training skills have taught him how to communicate with people in a way they can understand and apply to their horses and to their life.

Calder is now booking 2008 winter and 2009 training, demonstration and clinic dates in Florida. His clinics and training will teach each person how to improve their “Feel” with horses. Feel knows when to apply….. (Click here for more).
