Baptism

Baptism is an important act of obedience for the follower of Jesus. Jesus was baptized to express the surrendering of His will to His Father, and the launch of his ministry. Our baptism is an act of identification with Him, the One who saved us by His mercy and grace. Put another way, baptism is an outward expression of our inward experience of faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
